From day 1 at ASK4 we want you to feel part of the team, so we organize welcome lunches for new joiners to meet up with their colleagues and have a bite to eat on us.
We set our colleagues up for success; induction into the company starts before you’ve even walked through the door.
During the period between signing your contract and your first day we work hard to make sure everything is set up ready for you, along with documenting an induction plan to see you through your first days, weeks and months.
Starting at ASK4 should be as seamless as possible; we understand this is an exciting time and we want our colleagues to feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.
