To ensure that any recommendations we put forward catered to all Bespoke’s unique technical requirements, ASK4 engineers worked closely with their team to develop a solution specific to their business’s needs. New network connectivity and email systems via Microsoft 365 along with the existing VoIP phone system were integrated into a comprehensive IT package for Bespoke’s users. This not only included those working from the office, but those working from home and remotely too. ASK4 were introduced to provide a new approach to on site server infrastructure, migrating Bespoke’s entire system to a cloud hosted solution. The cloud infrastructure and backup solution allow for a much faster restore of servers and files than was possible with their existing on-premises servers. This has given Bespoke the confidence they need that all of their data is safe and their disaster recovery options can be implemented much more quickly resulting in lower downtime.
