The Class Conference organised by The Class of 2020 gave us chance to reflect on how technology in PBSA buildings has changed, while also allowing us to look ahead at how technology will shape PBSA in the future.
ASK4 CEO Jonathan Burrows sat down in conversation with STRATIS UK Director Richard Reid via a remote call to reflect on the last 20 years in PBSA, looking specifically at how the use of Internet and smart technology has changed. They also discuss how resident data collected via the Internet will inform how PBSA buildings will develop to better fulfil the residents’ needs.
