ASK4 is excited to announce that applications are now open for our upcoming roundtable event, Proptech in BTR: Closing The Gap.
Following the success of our first Proptech in BTR roundtable, we are once again bringing together leading voices from the build-to-rent and proptech sectors to explore how the two industries can better align for mutual benefit. The event will be held in partnership with Centrick from their Birmingham headquarters.
What to expect
In our last session, attendees discussed the challenges around proptech adoption, inspiring ASK4’s whitepaper The Ant and The Elephant, which highlighted the often-misaligned goals between BTR and proptech. Now, we’re continuing the conversation. The purpose of this session is to review and challenge the whitepaper’s recommendations, and provide three proptech organisations with a right to reply on key topics: integration, cost and ROI and stakeholder management.
Focussing on solutions, this session will focus on solutions; how can the BTR sector and proptech providers work more collaboratively, driving progress in innovation, implementation, and outcomes?
Here’s what attendees of the previous roundtable had to say about the event:
“It’s been interesting to see the pains that everyone is going through within the property sector. It’s important that we all come together and share those lessons, then figure out how we can solve them together.” – Mandisa Khabo, Technical Director, Greystar
“It was great to meet such a diverse group of users and advocates for proptech.” – Lesley Chen Davison, former COO, Telford Homes
“I really think it’s a great opportunity for dialogue, in a room like this, where we can share ideas and thoughts.” – Iain Murray, Partner, Bidwells
