At the event, we launched our latest research report, "Building a True Home," which explores how high-quality, reliable Internet access influences every stage of the resident journey, from choosing a home to renewing a lease. The report provides valuable insights into today's residents' wants and expectations, as well as how operators can meet those demands at every stage of the resident lifecycle.
Key findings from the report include:
✅93% of renters expect WiFi to be available within days of moving in.
✅77% say full-fibre WiFi included in rent makes a property more attractive.
✅84% would reconsider renewing their lease if the Internet was poor.
