Tracy joined the business on 13 November, having previously served in key leadership roles focused on servicing clients and customers globally. This strategic hire signals the company's commitment to continuous improvement for its clients and customers, and its dedication to protecting and enhancing its enviable Net Promoter Score (NPS) and TrustPilot ratings, key indicators of their satisfaction and loyalty.
Tracy's arrival follows the recent investment by GI Partners in ASK4, and her appointment strengthens the executive leadership team, aligning with the company's growth objectives and furthering its mission to provide reliable, consistent and innovative services to clients and customers.
