ASK4 has strengthened its partnership with smart building technology provider Utopi with the joint appointment of Glenn Wilkinson as Partnership Director.
Having become an invested partner in Utopi earlier in 2022, the appointment signals ASK4’s confidence in the joint proposition and the team’s belief in what this technology can deliver for ASK4 and Utopi’s key sectors – student accommodation, build-to-rent and later living. Glenn is no stranger to the multi-tenant real estate sector, having spent over 20 years in the industry and the last 13 years as Sales Director at Glide (formerly CableCom). Glenn’s technical knowledge and his deep understanding of the sectors ASK4 and Utopi serve mean he is perfectly positioned to communicate the wide-ranging benefits of smart building technology to investors, operators and residents alike.
