ASK4 needs the input of its colleagues to be able to thrive and grow, which is why we ensure that you will feel listened to, appreciated and valued during your time with us.
Our annual employee engagement survey is a great opportunity for colleagues to give their input and feedback. This is heard at the very top of our organization as our Executive Leadership Team are presented with findings, outcomes and plans for the next 12-18 months.
Our focus groups are created from this survey and are there to shape our policies and actions by the very people they impact.
